Members may reserve up to a 2-hour block (in half-hour increments), no more than 4-hours total per week, and only one room at a time. Any additional days/time must be approved in advance. No public performances of any kind without advance approval by the Entertainment Committee and/or Events Committee, please- this includes auditions! ♦ Monday’s are generally reserved for Club events. When no event is scheduled space will be unreserved the Friday before. ♦ Space is blocked out starting 5 PM during Low Jinks nights ♦ The system will send you a confirmation email – hold on to that – it contains a link to cancel your reservation. No outside food or drink permitted. Because of our lease agreement, and the presence of one hotel room on the floor, rehearsals must end by 10 PM. The system is monitored regularly. Members may NOT receive remuneration or payment for teaching, coaching, directing while using the rehearsal rooms. Members should instruct guests to meet in the lobby. A member must be present whenever a guest is on the 5th floor (do not leave guests unattended, please). Review the 5th Floor Rules.
