William J. Rapp was elected to The Lambs in 1927 as a Non-Professional Member. he was an attorney who practiced at 54 Wall Street. Rapp was a member of Council, and served under Shepherd William Gaxton in 1938 at Club Libraria.
Rapp died on Dec. 19, 1965, of a heart attack at Mount Sinai Hospital. He was 73 years old and lived at 123 East 95th Street. He leaves his wife, Martha; a brother, Harry; and three sisters, Mrs. William Griffin, Mrs. Irvin Davis and Mrs. Joseph Rusch.
