James Head, author of 3 books on famed artist Howard Chandler Christy, talks about the artist’s life.  iJim is an expert on artist Howard Chandler Christy, one of the many iconic talents featured in The Lambs Foundation collection. Jim is the author of “An Affair with Beauty–The Mystique of Howard Chandler Christy” series of books. He has amassed the largest private collection of documents, photographs, and other material related to the artist. Over the years, he has interviewed Christy’s former models, family members, and others who knew him, and ultimately engaged research assistants throughout the country to help him uncover the true, untold story of Christy and his wife, Nancy.

Jim has been featured on CBS This Morning, and in The Washington Post, Forbes, Parade, and the San Francisco Chronicle, among other periodicals. He’s a graduate of the University of Maryland, the George Washington University Law School, and Georgetown Law School.
