Richard Arlen (Sept. 1, 1899 – March 28, 1976) was an actor over 165 credits, whose career began in the silent film Wings. He worked with Andy Devine for a series of B-pictures. In the 1950’s he became active in television including work on Playhouse 90, The Loretta Young Show, and Perry Mason. He worked in many westerns, including, Lawman, Bat Masterson, and Wagon Train.
In 1960 he was awarded a Star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame (6755 Hollywood Blvd.)
