Peggy Howard Chane was elected a Theatrical member on 22 May 2015. After six years at Paramount Pictures, working on Tom Hank’s BOSOM BUDDIES, and TV movies, Peggy Howard Chane formed her own production company CPC Entertainment. CPC’s thriller IN THE EYES OF A STRANGER, starring Richard Dean Anderson, garnered top ratings and reviews for CBS.
She began her career as Associate Producer of documentaries at United States Information Agency working on the moon landing and variety series for Africa; followed by NBC Winter Olympics, pre-game Baseball and Bob Stewart game shows; Miss Universe Pageants, URGH! A MUSIC WAR, and top-selling music videos.
She is active in the theatre community as a director and playwright (BUSTING GHOSTS!, EXODUS REDUX!, GEORGIA GIRL!). She was a founding member of The Playwrights Group in Los Angeles, and founding director of Plays and Pizza in New York.
