John Glendinning (1857-1916) was a British-American actor.
Born November 30, 1857 in Whitehaven, Cumberland, England. He was married twice, to Jessie Millward and Clara Braithwaite. He died on July 16, 1916 in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, England
His son was Ernest Glendinning (1884-1936), also an actor and a member of The Lambs.
