William B. Harrigan (March 27, 1894 – February 1, 1966) was a popular actor during the 1930’s to 1940’s. Also known as Captain Wm. Harrigan, he was the brother of Nedda Harrington, who was married to Josh Logan. He originated the role of the captain in Mister Roberts on Broadway. Other stage credits include Paths of Glory, The Dove; some film credits include The Invisible Man, Flying Leathernecks; on television in Kraft Theater, Studio One in Hollywood and The Alcoa Hour.
