Enid Levine was elected to The Lambs in 2023, but she had been coming to the Club for many, many years. Her late husband was Shepherd Bruce Brown; Enid is the only person to be painted into a Shepherd’s portrait. She is an accomplished composer and performer.
Enid comes from Passaic, New Jersey, and is a graduate of New York University. She has a solo album “American Love” on Columbia and has performed as a pianist/songwriter in New York City for many years.

Three of her songs went platinum in Europe: “Hi-Fidelity,” “Be Your Own Hero” and “Lay Back and Be Cool.”
She has been a part of the family entertainment company Little Maestros as writer, performer, and producer. She is currently writing and producing her original tunes and performing them in New York City.
One of Enid’s most memorable compositions was writing the words and music for the Lincoln Junior High School fight song, which is still sung today. She was 10 years old.
