Palmer, Theodore DeCue

Theodore DeCue Palmer, Jr. (1896-1978) was elected to The Lambs in 1936 as a non-resident member. He served in WWI as a captain in the infantry. Palmer worked for the New York Times advertising department for many years, and was married to Margaret Ochs, of the newspaper family. Palmer was recalled to serve in WWII and worked as a diplomat in Europe, as well as the Office of Strategic Service. He left the military as a colonel. He retired to Florida.
