Zoel Parenteau (1883-1972) was elected to The Lambs in 1935 as a Professional member.
He was a writer, composer and actor. Among is original Broadway productions, he wrote the music for “The Amber Empress (1916), the book for “Follow the Girl” (1918), and appeared in “The Great Waltz” (1934).
Parenteau died at the Actors Home. He is interred in the Actors Fund section of Kensico Cemetery in Westchester County, New York.
