Anthony M. Rey (1917-1991) was hotel executive and general manager. He was a leader of the Waldorf-Astoria and Hotel Astor.
He was elected to The Lambs in 1962.
Rey was a hotel executive and president of the Resorts International Hotel and Casino in Atlantic City when legalized gambling began in New Jersey in 1978.
He died January 9, 1991, at the Linwood Convalescent Center in Linwood, N.J. He was 74 years old and lived in Ventnor, N.J. He died of prostate and bone cancer, his family said.
