Richard B. Shull (Feb 24, 1929 – Oct. 14, 1999) was a well known character actor who worked in theater, film and television. On stage he began in Minnie’s Boys, and recieved a Tony and Drama Desk Award for his work in Merci, Bon Dieu. Other stage work included Victor, Victoria!, The Front Page and Epic Proportions (when he died of a heart attack). In the late-1990’s Richard served on the Council of The Lambs.
His film credits include The Anderson Tapes, Klute, Splash, Gabor Talks and Private Parts. He appeared on TV in Love, American Style, Ironside, The Rockford Files, Lou Grant, and co-starred in Holmes & Yo-Yo. Richard co-founded the North American Araucanian Royalists Society, which studies the kingdom of Araucania and Patagonia.
