Lt William Maxwell Wood, Jr. (died 1897), U.S. Navy, was an Army/Navy member of The Lambs.
He was the son of William Maxwell Wood (1809–1880) an officer and surgeon in the United States Navy in the middle 19th century. Wood Sr. became the First Surgeon General of the U.S. Navy in 1871.
