At the Council Meting of January 2016, the Council approved

  • Addition of a Confidentiality clause and a Conflict of Interest clause into our By-Laws. The update Blue Book (Constitution, By-Laws and House Rules) may be found in the Member’s Only / Document Download Page.
  • Addition of Frank Torren to the Entertainment Committee.
  • Approved expenditures as part of an upgrade program, using funds from the Gerry Ruth bequest.
  • Approved moving the Winchell Smith Trust Grant oversight to The Lambs Foundation, as per the request of the Winchell Smith Trust and pending their completion of necessary legal work.
